What is the difference between onyx and marble?
Both marble and onyx are natural stones prized for their beauty and have a variety of applications in construction and design. Marble is renowned for its classic and elegant appearance, while onyx is celebrated for its unique banded and translucent qualities. The choice between the two depends on the specific aesthetic and functional requirements of a project.

Does your imprint process change based on the material?
We typically laser engrave and sandblast marble, onyx, glass and crystals while we print on metal and leather. We have variety of colors fill options for our marble and onyx.
I have a full color photo that I'd like to put on marble plaques? Is that possible?
Sure! Send the image over to our Art Department and we would be delighted to go over print options.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept the following: .jpg, .png, .tiff, .ai, .eps, .pdf (300 dpi or greater). 
Will I get proofs before production?
Once you've submitted your art or layout to us via email or Dropbox, we will send you PDF Proofs in short order. After approval, the awards will zoom over to our Production Team for decoration and personalization.
My client sent new artwork at the last minute. What can be done?
We can make changes until the proof is approved at no charge. In order to maintain efficiency during production, there will be a fee associated with any modifications or cancellations after this time.
How long does it take to imprint on the awards?
Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after proof approval. Please contact us for lead time for quantities over 100.
What are your decoration costs?
Regardless of the award, one side can be fully engraved or printed with no additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
There are multiple options when it comes to shipping internationally. If a reputable carrier can take it there, we will ship it. Additional documentation and shipping fees may apply.
What happens if a product arrived damaged?
Ensuring that your client receives their awards in perfect condition is our topmost concern. With over two decades of experience in logistics, we have acquired invaluable expertise. Our team of shipping and packaging specialists meticulously handle the packing of each carton. Nevertheless, there may be rare instances when boxes, despite our careful preparations, arrive at their destination with minor damage. We kindly request that you promptly inspect all boxes upon receipt and reach out to our customer service team so that we can address any concerns and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
